Does it really work better than my vacuum?

It does a different job. The vacuum gets dust and loose hair. The copper edge of the rake grabs the hair that is woven into the carpet, the stuff the vacuum rolls right over. Use both and the pile it pulls up will surprise you.

It takes some push, like scrubbing a pan. Short, firm strokes work best. Because the handle is 60 inches, you stand up straight and use your arms, not your back. Most rooms take a few minutes.

What carpet does it work on?

Low and medium pile carpet, area rugs, stairs, runners and car mats. On thick shag it fluffs the pile but grabs less hair. On hardwood and tile flip the head to the rubber side and it sweeps.

Will it hurt my carpet or couch?

No. The copper edge is smooth and the teeth are rounded. It pulls hair, not fibers. Test a corner on delicate fabric first, like you would with anything.

Do the parts fall off?

The head pivots so it lies flat on the floor. Tighten the collar before you start and it stays put. Every kit is checked before it ships, and if anything is missing or broken we replace it.

Is the glove safe for my pet?

Yes. It is a soft mesh glove. Pet them like normal and the loose hair sticks to the glove. Most dogs and cats think it is a massage.

Siberian Husky coat blowing APPROVED
Very pleased with this purchase!Against better judgements, because my child has allergies, we adopted a Siberian Husky. All was surprisingly going well UNTIL summer when she blew out her coat. We don't have many carpets but the ones we do have were caked in hair, trapping dirt and dust. The vacuum was only pushing the hair deeper into the fibers of the carpet. I purchased this item and immediately went to work on the rugs. Without vacuuming after, just using the rake, this is what the result was.Personally, the only downfall for someone could be that you really need to use some elbow grease (if the carpets are matted with hair like mine was) so an elderly or disabled person may need assistance, otherwise, this is a great purchase. Would recommend!

My rugs are clean for the first time in 6 years!!!
Best $20 I’ve ever spent! We have a border collie that sheds year round. I’ve never been able to get my rugs to feel clean, even with daily vacuuming. Great pet hair remover
This pet hair remover set works really well! The rubber broom picks up a surprising amount of pet hair from my carpet, and I love that it comes with several different tools for different surfaces. The adjustable handle is convenient, and the scraper and glove are great extras. It makes cleaning up pet hair much easier and faster. Definitely a useful set for anyone with dogs or cats!

Wow. This thing really does its job and it’s calling me out. Setup was easy, my 10 year old did it without me and I don’t even know if it came with directions. The item itself doesn’t feel super sturdy so I don’t know how durable it will be. It it held up to my use today, though. The handle is a bit long and I wish I could adjust it but it still works well. I removed SO MUCH hair from my carpet I was gagging. This thing is awesome! Just scrape it along and the hair begins to clump, I kept scraping until I got it to the floor then I quickly swept it up. Definitely worth the price!

I’m shocked it works.
This thing actually work. My dad has this carpet that he gotten when he first moved into his apartment. It’s been like 3 decades with this carpet. I asked him can we throw it away and he doesn’t want to. This carpet is filled with dog hair, dirty, and other things.I bought this because I saw someone on instagram using it and I wanted to try.The pictures shows for it self. One picture is before I started and the other picture is a comparison of one side sweep and the other unsweep. But this is definitely an arm work out. As I was sweeping u can really see the dusty popping off the carpet. At the end of the dad my dad still needs to throw this carpet away but this sweeper does work. 🤷🏾‍♀️
